To the outside world, Jordan Burke appears to have the perfect life. A fulfilling career, family and great friends, but looks can be deceiving. Events from her childhood, and a painful secret, keep Jordan isolated and unwilling to commit to any man. For her, every relationship comes with its own expiration date.

Alex Garza has lived in the shadow of his brother’s fame for most of his life. He's an outcast in his own family and never able to put his own needs first. When his brother gives up his career to settle down, Alex is forced to reevaluate his life plans too. Over the past year, his friendship with Jordan has developed into a source of comfort. Now that he has the time to devote to a relationship, can he convince her to take a chance on love or will their painful pasts and a tragic event destroy their future?

****4 Star****

Alex and Jordan's story is a crazy ride BUT it's not that crazy ass bullshit. They have real life problems. I think that is why I love this book so much. Everything they go through is real life situations that real people go through! I felt as if I connected with Jordan and Alex and when times got bad I cried with them both. And then I screamed at Alice for having put me through all those damn emotions!!

Very rarely do I fall for happily ever after story. Very rarely. I like my book boyfriends to be rough, controlling and bit on the crazy side. But I must say that Alice perfected Alex! Yes he can be sweet but he is still that take charge kind of man that I like in a book boyfriend. Let me tell you that man is HOT HOT HOT!!! Yes please I want him!

Like I said very rarely do I even read HEA stories but if you are in the need for one This Love series by Alice is the series you need to be reading.
