Let me start off by saying…..

Dylan!!! Dylan!! Dylan!! How can I have you! Wait no forget that it's more fun to imagine you with Alec. Continue on you two. 

This was the perfect read. Dylan is a serious and carefree guy while Alec is all about love and helping. They go so good together. Dylan finding is way with Alec was written so well. It wasn't a story that you didn't believe because River gave them real life solutions instead of some over he top fairy tale. And the sex! Dylan is an animal! We need more of them in the sheet or on a bike ;)

The Backup Boyfriend is just one of those stories that makes your heart feel good. You finish the story smiling like a crazy fool and wanting more because you never want it to end. 

Perfectly done River Jaymes. The Backup Boyfriend is going straight to the top as one of my favorite gay romance novels.
